Delta Discovery Tours
Richie Blink, Plaquemines Parish Councilman and owner of Delta Discovery Tours, partnered with Paprika to document a rapidly widening pass pushing sediment through the east bank of the Mississippi River. Richie used the images and video clips to bring awareness of the pass to local media and to advocate against closing it off.
