I love tomatoes, but avoid tomato sandwiches because I loathe mayo—so this is my riff on the summer classic. Ricotta, heirloom tomatoes, toasted sourdough and herbs. The tomatoes are rough diced and mixed with salt; the liquid that creates makes for an easy vinaigrette, which I drizzled over the top.
