My first time at PR Farms was in 2013, for olive harvest. Vincent, fourth generation family farmer, hired me to document the process, starting with hand harvesting of table olives from a family grove just north of Clovis, California. I snapped this in the morning light, and the photos from that commission lived on to help the company tell the story of their newly launch olive oil brand, ENZO. It was the start of what has now become a very long-term working relationship and friendship.
