ENZO Olive Oil Company

Vincent Ricchiuti is a fourth-generation Italian farmer, growing almonds, stone fruits and a variety of vegetables with his father in California’s central valley. In 2011, he milled the family’s first batch of organic, estate-grown olive oil, which has since one dozens of awards, and gained recognition as a prominent brand in California’s growing olive oil industry. Vincent initially commissioned the studio to document the olive harvest, but we now work together on an ongoing effort to show how the oils can be used in cooking–at home, and in restaurant kitchens.
