Quality service relies on feedback—listening to customers to gain insight, interpreting comments and experiences, and implementing necessary changes to ensure those are possitive. And while the idea of surveying customers isn't new, emerging mobile technologies like Apple's iPad provide incredible opportunities to remove the burden from feedback tools, and to automate the process.
That's the idea behind Customer Insight, a mobile data collection application that debuted at 59 Days of Code. The project is a collaboration between Paprika's chief strategist and Barry Falke, CEO of Rotary Storyland & Playland.
